APFT Improvement begins 27 Jan 09

Sessions occur every Tuesday and Thursday at the Rec from 0630-0730 hours.  Session attendance is required for all contracted Cadets who failed the diagnostic APFT given today.  Attendance is also required by any MS III or IV who scored less than 270 points (90 points per event) on todays diagnostic APFT.
