Summer PT Schedule

PT is every morning starting at 0730 till 0830.

Monday: will be at Wild Wood
Tuesday: HEC Gym
Wednesday: Wild Wood
Thursday: HEC Gym
Friday: Wild Wood (it will be a ruck march – uniform: ACUs, PC, Ruck Sack)

All contracted Cadets stating in the Greater Toledo area must attend at least three sessions a week, and all LDAC attendees must also be there for at least three. If you are out of the Toledo Area you must be calling in once a month to check in and have a PT schedule of your own.

Also all LDAC attendees must complete a APFT and a 12-mile ruck before leaving for Fort Lewis.
